'I've been taking piano lessons from Kate since last summer and the
experience has been amazing. I'm an adult returning student after more
than 20 years and Kate provided a very relaxed and supportive
environment that put me at ease to give the piano a second chance.
Kate employs a very collaborative approach to teaching; building on
the skills and experience I already had, and tailoring the curriculum
to my ambitions and goals. I really feel that I made a lot of progress
since taking up the piano again and would highly recommend Kate to
anyone looking to give music another chance.'

'Tom has piano lessons with Kate having never played piano before and being very much a "football" sort of boy! But when he comes home from his lesson he is so full of enthusiasm and is always keen to show me what he has learnt and his latest "masterpiece". What I like about Kate's style of teaching is that it is flexible and totally suits the child’s mood on the day which obviously benefits pupil and teacher alike. I would highly recommend Kate as a piano teacher for your child.'

'Kate has an excellent rapport with her pupils. My two sons, 11 and 13, thoroughly enjoy going for their piano lessons. We are extremely fortunate to have found someone who has both the knowledge and the ability to teach it.’

‘I wondered if my daughter was musical, as she always insisted on playing anything that made a noise. We decided on Piano lessons as we thought it would be a good introduction to music. We had met Kate, and were immediately impressed at her calm, professional but fun approach to music. Maisy really looks forward to Thursdays and thoroughly enjoys her lessons. So much so, that we have now purchased our own piano (which Kate gave us plentiful guidance on, as we didn't have a clue). It gives me pleasure seeing my daughter being taught something that she clearly loves, by someone who clearly cares.’

'’Thank you for teaching me piano, I really like going to my lessons and I like Tilda.' Maisy, age 6
